Barrel Aged Cabernet Vinegar

Hand made artisan Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar made in Carmel Valley, California. This vinegar retains the taste of the earth the grape was grown in, unlike the vinegars found in most grocery stores. Use for dressing hearty salad greens, such as romaine, endive and radicchio; in red pasta sauce and beef stew; and for pan deglazing. Sprinkle on sautéed greens, like chard or spinach. This Italian Balsamic Vinegar has been aged for 18 years in wooden barrels and has attained a sweetness that needs no blending with olive oils. Great on spinach, spinach salads, including wilted spinach. Delicious as a marinade for lamb, salmon, and fruit, especially berries. Unique and tasty as topping on ice cream and berries. Dipping Delight

Originally created for dipping bread, it has proven to be a delicious, healthy marinade for lamb, hamburger, chicken, salmon, and vegetables, such as asparagus. I use it to marinate a brisket overnight, braise it the next day, and cook in slow-cooker. It is a very simple and delicious meal at the end of the day! Makes a great salad dressing. Black Truffle Oil

A very flavorful and powerful truffle taste. Imported from Italy. Drizzle a few drops on creamy soups, clam chowders, sauteed vegetables, scrambled eggs with some dill or use as finish on fish.
